With more than a decade of experience caring for patients and families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Dr. Donnie Garrett brings extensive emergency medicine expertise and a genuine commitment to the people he serves.
After completing his Emergency Medicine residency at Louisiana State University in 2015, Dr. Garrett spent his career treating a wide range of acute illnesses, injuries, and complex medical conditions. His background has equipped him with the clinical knowledge, experience, and judgment to provide high-quality medical care in a variety of situations.
But for Dr. Garrett, exceptional healthcare goes beyond medical expertise.
He believes patients deserve to feel heard, valued, and confident in the care they receive. Through GMG Premier Care, he’s bringing his emergency medicine experience into a more personalized setting, where meaningful relationships, convenience, and individualized attention are at the heart of every patient experience.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has gained experience across nearly every aspect of orthopedic medicine, from evaluating acute injuries to helping patients manage musculoskeletal conditions and return to the activities they love.
Her years of experience have shaped the way she approaches healthcare, combining clinical expertise with careful attention to each patient’s individual needs.
Elizabeth believes that patients deserve more than a quick appointment. They deserve someone who listens, takes the time to understand their concerns, and helps them feel comfortable and confident in their care.
